Korean Beef Udon
Saturday night takeaway vibes
This is heavily inspired by beef bulgogi, a dish of marinated beef, often served with rice.
I picked up some frozen udon recently and fancied that so I decided to side-step from a traditional bulgogi but still keep the classic Korean flavours; gochujang, sesame oil etc.
This will very much satisfy a takeaway craving, and is neither difficult nor time consuming.
